To repair a leaking toilet.
A prompt response to our initial enquiry. Arrived at time promised. Assessed work needed. Discussed remedy and cost. Work carried out efficiently. Mason was polite and courteous throughout.
Kitchen tap replacement
Had a sudden water leak beneath kitchen tap at connection with pipe, needed a repair as soon as possible. Conracted checkatrade and soon received 2 replys. MJH Plumbing services was able to attend that morning. He arrived repaired the leak and replaced faulty taps too. Pleased with service.
Complete Bathroom Refit
From start to finish the work was excellent. Mason was particularly keen on attention to detail. The job throughout was carried out with professionalism and excellent workmanship. Mason is very proficient in all aspects of plumbing and I would recommend him to any potential client. MJH plumbing is an A1 service.
Leaking Shower
Had a call back within 5 minutes. Explained the issue and Was provided a decent quote. Mason came the same day and carried out the repair. He explained everything he was doing and even showed me how to change the shower head. Very professional, didnt leave a mess. Would definitely use again.
Replacment Shower Bar
MJH supplied and fitted new bar shower as previous was dripping. Very good communication and arrived at the time they said they would. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently. No complaints here.
Fixing a hissing and overflowing toilet cistern
Mason was brilliant! He responded to my ad within minutes to tell me what the problem was and to say how he could fix it. He answered my questions and quoted me a very good price, cheaper than the two other plumbers who got in touch after. Mason was very friendly, polite and punctual, and went above and beyond in also fixing something else he saw needed replacing, at no extra charge. He worked efficiently and tidily and explained everything he was doing, making sure we were happy. He even took his shoes off! So impressed we are looking into him fitting us a new bathroom! Highly recommended! 5*
Broken Toilet Fixed!
I couldn’t recommend Mason more. He turned up the next day right at the time arranged to fix an issue with a toilet continuously flushing. Once he’d found the problem, he went out and bought the required spare parts to ensure it was resolved that day. He also took the time to sort out a long running dripping shower head at no extra cost. Really great job and will be contacting Mason again without hesitation for any future plumbing issues.
Fitting a washing machine in
The job was more difficult than expected as all the plumbing was behind the integrated dishwasher. He however overcame the obstacles and the machine was installed and appears to be working fine. Despite the extra time taken he only charged the quoted price.
Help for three jobs
Employed Mason for 3 different jobs:- Fitting of 2 new taps; Application of new sealant around a bath and shower tray; and a repair to a toilet. All work done to a professional standard. Would hire Mason for other relevant jobs in the future if need be.
Broken and leaking bath mixer taps
Excellent service. He was here within the hour of calling. Straightforward replacement taps. Very upfront with the cost of the call-out and repair. No hidden charges. Honest and did a brilliant job. Highly recommended.
Speedy Response!
We sent the video of what was wrong, and Mason responded almost immediately. His diagnosis was the same as what we’d been expecting. He then dealt with the problem quickly and professionally and for a very good price.
Help in an emergency
Turned up within 2 hours of phone call, carried parts on van repaired leaking toilet cleaned up and only charged £80 which I was over the moon with as I was expecting around £200. Would recommend to anyone A+++ workmanship
Restored Hot Water supply
My tenant had lost hot water. They were so quick and knowledgeable about the problem, bought the exact part for my old water tank. Asked them to please sort before end of the week, fixed by Thursday. Will use again!
